We (Barker College Rugby Tour Squad) are excited about heading to Japan to compete in a prestigious worldwide tournament. This is a great opportunity for our players to test themselves against top-tier international competition and represent both Barker College and Australia. The boys have promising talent squad wide and a consistent drive to win, hoping to go far in the tournament. We would like to express our gratitude to Sanix for the opportunity provided in such a highly competitive and exciting tournament, pushing our squad to perform at their very best. The boys have been working hard in our preparation during pre-season, focusing on skill development, fitness, and team cohesion to ensure we are ready to face strong opposition from around the world. Beyond rugby, we feel extremely fortunate to be traveling to Japan, a country rich in history and tradition. The chance to immerse ourselves in Japanese culture, experience its hospitality, and learn cultural ways is something we are extremely excited and grateful for. It is an absolute privilege to wear the Barker jersey on an international stage, and we are determined to make our school, families, and supporters proud.
